Summary
Personal information reaches this website through one route only: the quote form. As no artificial grass installer works with the site at present, requests are read without being acted on, then deleted inside 30 days.
The data controller
The controller of data sent through Barton Seagrave Artificial Grass is its owner, Neil Evans, a sole trader. Write to hello@bartonseagraveartificialgrass.co.uk with anything about your data.
Fields on the form
Compulsory: name, phone number, garden postcode, the work wanted, what covers the ground today and the lawn’s main use. Optional: email, approximate measurements, access, timing, a free-text note and two photographs at most. Nothing on the site measures or follows visitors.
After you press send
For as long as no installer is linked, a request gets no reply. Nobody else receives it, it is never sold or turned into marketing, and photos stay unpublished. Deletion happens within 30 days of the request landing.
Storage and lawful basis
Each request lands as an email, photos attached, in a Google Gmail mailbox. The website itself sits on UK servers run by Krystal Hosting Ltd. These providers put the data to no use of their own. Processing relies on legitimate interests, because anyone sending the form wants it read.
Your rights
Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or early deletion by emailing the address above, and expect an answer inside a month. If that does not settle matters, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) handles complaints, which you can lodge on the ICO website.
